How items get here
A scheduled job fetches a fixed list of publisher feeds and the CISA catalogue, normalises each item, and drops duplicates by canonical URL. A second pass adds a small number of hand-checked items each day with summaries written in Portuguese. Nothing is generated from thin air: every item carries a working link to the outlet that published it.
What this site does not do
It does not republish article bodies, does not paraphrase behind a paywall, and does not rank items by engagement. Severity flags come from the text of the advisory, not from a guess.
